ESG Integration Insights – 2021 Edition

The ESG Integration Insights series provides practical examples of institutional investors using SASB Standards to systematically and rigorously integrate ESG into their investment processes. SASB Standards have become a valued piece of market infrastructure used to evaluate ESG-related risks and opportunities. The enclosed case studies, written by leaders at top investment companies, detail many of the ways in which these organisations use SASB Standards, including to engage with companies, analyse performance, and inform investment decisions. The 2021 edition includes contributions from Redburn, Federated Hermes, PSP, and Nordea Asset Management.

Please note: SASB Standards Knowledge Hub resources were developed before August 2022, at which time the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) of the IFRS Foundation assumed responsibility for the SASB Standards. These items may include concepts that are not aligned with the way in which ISSB Standards are applied. Please contact us with any questions.
